• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Service Overview

Function Bazaar connects customers with verified event service providers including wedding halls, catering services, decoration experts, band sets, photographers, and other event-related services. Our platform enables location-based service discovery, direct communication, and service booking facilitation.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Provide accurate information when contacting service providers or making inquiries.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users and service providers.
• Do not misuse the platform's communication features for spam or harassment.

5. Service Providers & Listings

• Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including services offered, pricing, availability, and business hours.
• All service providers undergo verification before being listed on our platform.
• Customers should verify service details, pricing, and terms directly with service providers before making commitments.
• Function Bazaar does not guarantee service quality, availability, or pricing accuracy.

6. Booking & Payments

• Direct bookings and payments are arranged between customers and service providers.
• Function Bazaar may offer booking facilitation services in the future, subject to separate terms.
• Users are advised to obtain clear terms and receipts for all transactions.
• Any disputes regarding services or payments should be resolved directly with the service provider.

7. Communication Features

Our platform provides direct communication channels including phone calls and WhatsApp integration. Users agree to:

• Use communication features responsibly and professionally
• Not send spam, offensive, or inappropriate messages
• Respect service providers' business hours when contacting them
• Maintain appropriate conduct in all communications

8. Location Services

Function Bazaar uses location services to show nearby service providers. By using our app, you consent to location tracking for service discovery purposes. Location data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake accounts or providing false information
• Harassing or threatening other users or service providers
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform
• Using automated systems to scrape data or interact with the platform
• Posting false reviews or ratings
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Function Bazaar platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Function Bazaar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Function Bazaar acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with service providers. We are not liable for:

• Service quality, delivery, or performance by listed providers
• Disputes between users and service providers
• Financial transactions between users and service providers
• Inaccurate information provided by service providers
• Technical issues or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of Function Bazaar after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Function Bazaar if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
